About The Children’s Bladder & Bowel Service
The Children’s Bladder & Bowel Service was founded by Lucy Allen and Clare Bourne.
Lucy and Clare met at the University of Birmingham during their physiotherapy training. Graduating in 2009 they both gained extensive NHS experience in different parts of the UK before settling in London. Alongside their own private practices, Lucy and Clare have collaborated together to help improve access to bladder and bowel services for children.
At CBBS we offer a supportive, child friendly environment that aims to support children and their families in regaining control over continence issues that can greatly impact a child’s life. We are excited to run our clinic at Central Health London alongside a fantastic team of paediatricians and child psychologists, ensuring all needs are met at every stage of childhood.
